NEUROPSYCHOLOGIST

Anneliese Radke, Psy.D., MSW

Dr. Anneliese Radke is a licensed clinical psychologist in California. She holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium, with a specialty in neuropsychology. Her training includes neuropsychological evaluation and cognitive rehabilitation of individuals with neurodegenerative disease, stroke, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, and other medical conditions impacting cognition. Dr. Radke received advanced clinical training as a neuropsychology fellow at the UC Davis Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center, where, in addition to diagnostic assessment, she furthered her training in caregiver and family support. She previously completed her neuropsychology internship at Emory University School of Medicine, and had predoctoral clinical training rotations within the UCSF Memory and Aging and Epilepsy Centers, Stanford University Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic, and the Palo Alto and Northern California Veterans Health Care Systems. Dr. Radke also has experience providing Dialectic Behavioral Therapy to individuals and groups managing a variety of conditions, including mental illness and substance dependence.

Dr. Radke is also a visiting assistant professor at the PGSP-Stanford Consortium, where she teaches clinical psychological assessment in their doctoral program, as well as mentors students. Prior to her work as a neuropsychologist, Dr. Radke completed her master’s degree in clinical social work from the Boston College Graduate School of Social Work. She provided therapy to at-risk youth and families within a community-based clinic in Boston and Seattle before returning to graduate school and shifting her focus to neuropsychology. In addition to her neuropsychological assessment expertise, Dr. Radke has a special interest in the provision of caregiver support and education.

NEUROPSYCHOLOGIST

Nicholas Bott, Psy.D.

Dr. Nick Bott holds a doctorate in clinical psychology and neuropsychology from the PGSP-Stanford Consortium. His training and experience includes the neuropsychological evaluation of individuals with neurodegenerative disease, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, stroke, traumatic brain injury, ADHD, as well as the evaluation of children and adolescents. Dr. Bott received advanced clinical training as a neuropsychology fellow at the Stanford Neurosciences Health Center within the department of Neurology, providing neuropsychological services to adults and older adults presenting with a variety of clinical syndromes. He previously completed his neuropsychology internship at the Palo Alto Veterans Affairs Health Care. He also worked with adults and older adults with multiple chronic conditions including severe mental illness and substance dependence in outpatient and inpatient settings. Dr. Bott is a licensed clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist in California.
 
Dr. Bott holds an Instructor appointment at the Stanford University School of Medicine’s Clinical Excellence Research Center, where he serves as an Associate Fellowship Director and Research Scientist leading the design, implementation and assessment of population health value-based clinical care models, with specific expertise in care for older adults with mental health conditions and individuals with cognitive impairment and neurodegenerative disease.
